This beautiful and historic home received a dramatic Spanish Colonial makeover. In this home, we renovated an existing garage to be a cozy family room and then added in a new and expansive two-car garage complete with its own car lift. Along with giving this home a new two-car garage, we also gave them a natural-enclosed-intimate courtyard. There is an extensive amount of iron features including doors, windows, light fixtures, and railings to amplify the Spanish Colonial feel. The kitchen and the master bathroom received full makeovers. The kitchen is now equipped with a large island counter and butcher countertops. We kept the original sink to convey the home's historical roots. In the master bathroom, we separated the bath and shower and added an elegant claw-foot tub, a marble walk-in shower, and a beautiful double vanity. Overall, the additions and renovations established this home as a beautiful Spanish Colonial residence.
