Meet The Team

Bob McGrath

Bob has always set his aspirations high; in fact, the very beginning of his construction career began on a high rise project in Dallas, TX. After over 20 years in the construction business refining skills and business process, including time spent as Senior Superintendent for all projects at the Broadmoor Hotel, Bob founded his own company.

With 14 years at the helm of his own business, Bob still loves building long lasting relationships with clients and delivering a high-quality product.More than meets the eye: Bob is a long time Colorado Springs resident, and is the youngest in a family of 12 children. This has helped shape his relationships with clients in more than one way! His love for community and family are evident in all he does.

Jeremy Elliott

Born and raised in Colorado and the construction trade business, Jeremy has long been acquainted with the ins and outs of daily tasks and management. His path ultimately led him to study drafting, obtain a general contractor license, and dive full into the trade. In 2002 he teamed up with McGrath as a Superintendent. Completing many successful projects, he ventured out and gained valuable experience in local school districts before circling back around to the BMC team. He is very adept in project development – of bringing a project from conception to beginning phases of construction.

More than meets the eye: To relax and unwind, Jeremy follows in family footsteps and retreats to the mountains near Guffey, CO with his wonderful wife and two kiddos. Days there are filled with the quiet presence of nature and the goal to build a new family cabin this year

From taking calls, managing accounts receivables, payables and much more, she keeps the day to day operations of the company running smoothly. Kelly has been a part of the Bob McGrath Construction team since day one. She prefers to stay in the background, but she is always a support and biggest advocate of Bob McGrath Construction.More than meets the eye: Kelly juggles many different hats with great dignity – wife, mom and business partner!

She carves out time for herself and maintains sanity by staying fit, whether at the gym, yoga or running. Kelly’s soft spoken nature is not to be outdone by her adventurous spirit – she was a flight attendant for 10 years, and still maintains culture in her home through her love of cooking ethnic food.

More than meets the eye: Kit is a dedicated mother to her two 20

something children, family is number one to her. She also enjoys the challenge of keeping fit thru swimming, running, biking, and practicing yoga! Her favorite motto is “beat yesterday” – it continues to drive and push her for the best in life.

“Bob McGrath Construction did a complete remodel on our house and added about 4,500 square feet. We had a good feeling about Bob from the start and his hands-on approach was welcoming. If any problem came up, it was addressed immediately because he kept in daily contact with his employees and us. The quality of work was extremely high and we are very satisfied with the results. We have already recommended Bob McGrath Construction to several people who are just as pleased as we are.”

– Jenny and Pat Mika

“Thank you so much for everything you’ve done to help me over the last year. You guys have done anything and everything I’ve asked or needed help with, including having impeccable timing! I’ve appreciated your willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done for us.”

– Amy Bailey, RN, Operations Manager, Surgical Center of Peak Endoscopy

“Construction, at any level, is daunting, but with Bob McGrath, it was unbelievably fun. Bob has a great team and a great sense of humor, so at every step of the way, we felt informed and confident. As we tell friends, it’s not often that you do a construction project that is brought to completion under budget and ahead of time… and that you enjoyed! We would recommend Bob with absolutely no hesitation.”
